CMT runs a structured mentoring program that pairs graduates and early-career engineers with senior RPEQ engineers — including founder Ching Meng Tan, who brings more than 40 years of civil engineering and project management experience to the team.
You'll work on real Brisbane projects from your first week — subdivisions, roadworks, stormwater, water and sewer — and follow them from first concept through to construction certification. It's how a team of 11+ specialists has delivered more than 1,000 jobs since 2019.
